Bachelor thesis presents the material used for production of geosynthetics, the various types of commonly used geosynthetics and describes their specific functions and properties. It shows the processes of applications of geosynthetics and typical errors in these processes, foreign experience with the use of geotextiles and products of domestic manufacturers. In the practical section thesis compares the various proposals of geotextiles for various bedrocks. Including financial evaluation of individual proposals.

Suggestion Improvement of Economic Situation of Company Through Break-Even Point

This Bachelor thesis deals with an issue of costs of grown distillery (production of fruit spirit) and with the suggestion to reduce these costs using a break-even analysis. The aim was streamlined an entire production process from a cost perspective. The key concepts such as sales, costs, production function helped to determine a break-even point. Based on the calculation and analysis obtained I have proposed solutions to improve the current situation of the company. These improvements have been achieved through the application of new technological processes and the purchase of new technological equipment.

Controlling in the Construction Company

The theme of this thesis is controlling in the construction company. The theoretical part is focused on the management of a contruction company, controlling and its tools. In the practical part, the current state of the selected construction company is analyzed and a proposal for the introduction of controlling in the company is made. Subsequently, the future benefits of this proposal, the possible risks of the proposed measures, the timetable and the eastimated costs are presented.

Diploma thesis deals with evaluation of company performance. The opening part describes the theoretical points, which is followed by introduction of the company. Using the financial analysis methods the financial condition of the company is evaluated. The results are compared to other five competitors. In the closing part are suggested recommendations to improve company performance.

Cost analysis of building objects

This diploma thesis deals with analyzing the total prices of the primary budget costs of family houses and creating budget indicators, which are always related to the enclosed area, the built-up area, and the floor area. The theoretical background contains definitions of terms from budgeting and construction of family houses. In the practical part, budget indicators relating to basic budget costs, budget chapters, and components of the calculation formula are created.
